About Us

 Mack and Boom, lifelong friends who share a passion for cooking, have joined forces to make their dream of serving their community with delicious yet simple food a reality. They both grew up in Pittsburg, CA, Bay area, and are the children of first-generation Laos refugees. As children, they enjoyed traditional Laotian cuisine, including seen hang or Lao beef jerky, a rare but delicious treat. They want to share this delicacy with the world and are dedicated to hand-slicing, marinating, and sun-drying each batch of jerky in the traditional style to ensure its uniqueness.
